We aim to increase the supply of affordable places to live in California, preserve affordable housing, protect public investments, protect mobile homes and manufactured home owners, guarding health and safety of all Californians through building and standards adoption, ensuring California plans for range of housing and we aim to create effective solutions to housing crisis through policy and research.
