    We are seeking an experienced Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join our team. This role focuses on the acquisition, development, sale, and leasing of restaurant, retail, and manufacturing facilities, including the acquisition and sale of local and national multi-unit properties for sophisticated clients. The position involves close collaboration with our real estate and mergers & acquisitions teams and requires strong expertise in title and survey matters.

    What We Need

    • 4-8 years of commercial real estate experience at a sophisticated law firm or in-house with a commercial real estate company
    • Strong experience negotiating and drafting a broad range of commercial real estate agreements, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, and conveyance documents
    • Solid experience with title and survey review and the full closing process
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills for resolving issues and providing clear guidance
    • Experience with sophisticated leasing, financing, and Phase I environmental review is a plus
    • Creative problem-solver who uses internal and external resources effectively
    • Commitment to ensuring all documents presented for signature are thoroughly reviewed and accurate
