    A well-established California law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in state and federal litigation, administrative proceedings, and public agency matters. This role requires strong litigation skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workloads. This role will be fully onsite in Sacramento, CA.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Support attorneys in litigation, administrative hearings, records requests, policy matters, and public agency work.
    • Draft, revise, and proofread pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and memoranda.
    • Manage civil discovery, including e-discovery and document production.
    • Oversee large-scale document review projects, including organization and data analysis.
    • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, analyses, and case materials.
    • Provide trial and hearing support, including exhibit preparation and logistics coordination.
    • Communicate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to support document collection and case needs.
    • Maintain organized case files using case management and document management software.
    Qualifications
    • Meets California B&P Code 6450 paralegal requirements; bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
    • Experience in Education Law, Administrative Law, or public sector matters is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and administrative processes.
    • Hands-on experience with civil discovery and e-discovery.
    • Proven ability to manage large document reviews and complex data sets.
    • Excellent legal research, writing, and proofreading skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems.
    • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability.
    The compensation range for this position is $85,000-$100,000. Additional benefits include health benefits (medical, dental, and vision), Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care, 401(k) match, profit sharing plan, and 16 vacation/sick days to start.
