Defense Litigation Paralegals for their Chicago office. The firm has extensive experience serving as local, regional, and national trial and settlement counsel in
product liability, commercial litigation, construction, professional liability defense, and mass tort matters.
Benefits- $60,000 - $120,000 DOE
- Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401(k)
- Hybrid schedule after a 90-day probationary period
Ideal Candidate ProfileCandidates should have strong experience with:
- Litigation support and case management
- Handling large caseloads
- Discovery, trial preparation, and onsite trial assistance
- Familiarity with Illinois and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (experience must be in a Illinois defense law firm setting)
Responsibilities- Client communication and document review
- Drafting and responding to discovery
- Indexing, exhibit preparation, investigation, and legal research
