    Falken Industries is seeking a highly motivated Access Control Specialist (ACS) Manager to lead access control and security operations within a secure data center and construction environment. This role is ideal for a proven leader who excels in operational security, personnel management, and professional client interaction.


    • Manage daily access control operations at a secure construction/data center site
    • Wand construction workers entering the site
    • Create, issue, manage, and deactivate access badges
    • Control and document access for materials and vehicles
    • Conduct escorts for non-badged personnel
    • Perform routine site walks to identify suspicious activity
    • Conduct searches for prohibited or unapproved devices
    • Utilize radios and communication systems effectively
    • Coordinate with law enforcement and fire departments during emergencies
    • Complete and manage Daily Action Reports (DARs), Incident Reports, and administrative documentation
    • Create and manage security schedules
    • Supervise and lead a team of 5-10 security guards


    Requirements:

    Required Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of leadership or management experience
    • Data center security experience
    • Construction security experience
    • Military or law enforcement background (preferred)
    • Ability to stand for extended periods
    • Active Arizona Unarmed Guard Card
    • CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain)
    • Proficient in conflict resolution and de-escalation
    • Experience with badging/access control software
    • Strong administrative and report-writing skills
    • Ability to stand, walk, patrol, and conduct screenings for extended periods
    • Ability to respond quickly during emergency situations

    • Adaptable, dependable, and detail-oriented

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Hourly pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
