    ABOUT THE ROLE The Property Ambassador performs basic janitorial tasks to maintain the cleanliness of common areas and grounds at his/her assigned property(ies) to levels consistent with POAH Communities company standards.
    ABOUT YOUR IMPACT
    • Dispose of litter in common areas and on property grounds
    • Keep hallways and stairways clean, including sweeping, mopping, disposing of cobwebs or bugs, and cleaning surfaces such as light fixtures, windows and door handles
    • Maintain grounds through trash management and landscaping
    • Report all safety issues, graffiti, resident issues or needed repairs to property management in a timely manner
    • Maintain cleanliness of buildings and grounds in such a manner that they will score at least 85 points on a REAC inspection and secure a rating of at least "Satisfactory" with HUD and other housing agency inspections
    • Assist with the turning of vacant units within three business days
    • Move trash receptacles to and from the trash pick-up area on appropriate days
    • Respond to resident, guest, and vendor inquiries and escalate as appropriateRespond to work orders in a timely manner, resolving all issues and closing work orders within 24 hours of submission
    • Prepare for/respond to weather phenomena such as hurricanes, tornadoes, flooding, snow, ice, etc.; support snow removal to include shoveling, sanding, etc.
    • Ensure vendors follow all company policies while on site
    • Assist with community event set up and tear down
    • Work with local neighborhood groups to build POAHC brand
    • Complete other related tasks as assigned

    ABOUT YOU
    • Ability to speak and understand basic English
    • Basic computer proficiency
    • Availability to work on-call shifts and periodic flexible hours and/or overtime as required.
    • Availability to work nights and weekends
    • Experience with Yardi software is preferred
    • Periodic travel by car or airplane may be required
