The MBA Program at California State University San Marcos seeks a part time lecturer for Summer 2026 to teach BA 617: Leadership and Business Ethics.
Course Description: The course focuses on aspects of leader-follower interaction including ethical decision-making, effective use of power, politics, and influence. It also covers understanding what motivates followers both individually and in teams and managing diversity and business ethics.
Minimum qualifications: - A Master of Business Administration or a master's degree in a related discipline

Preferred qualifications: - A doctorate or equivalent
- Previous teaching experience
- Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate intercultural competence and a commitment to serving a diverse campus community as it relates to teaching and, as applicable, service.
Salary commensurate with degree level and experience - Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $2,000 - $2,650 per Weighted Teaching Unit (WTU)
- CSU Classification Salary Range: $1,101 - $6,084 per Weighted Teaching Unit (WTU)
Reduced enrollment compensation is applicable to summer term courses.
