Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, self-starting Contract Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of U.S. Government and related commercial contracts. This role requires the ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, providing full lifecycle (cradle-to-grave) contract administration support. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting fixed-price (FFP) and time-and-materials (T&M) contracts, including proposal development, negotiation, execution, and closeout. Key Responsibilities Lead contract negotiations and manage all phases of contract execution and customer interaction Provide cradle-to-grave contract administration, including RFP analysis, proposal support, negotiation, execution, and closeout Review, draft, and negotiate contractual documents (e.g., NDAs, Teaming Agreements, contracts, subcontracts, and terms & conditions) and advise leadership on risk and recommended actions Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks; provide strategic recommendations to leadership on key business deals Support proposal efforts, including contract risk review, pricing support, and development of mitigation strategies Maintain compliant, organized, and auditable contract files and documentation Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, FAR/DFARS, and company policies Prepare contract summaries, briefings, and communications for internal stakeholders Support IDIQ and GSA Schedule contract administration, including financial reporting, compliance, and audit activities Perform data analysis, including billing vs. reporting variance analysis Develop and maintain strong customer and internal stakeholder relationships Support strategic initiatives and special projects for the Contracts organization Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience 7+ years of progressive experience in U.S. Government contracting Strong knowledge of FAR (including Parts 12 and 15) and DFARS Experience managing a variety of contract types, including FFP, T&M, IDIQs, and GSA Schedules Demonstrated ability to assess contractual risk and support complex negotiations Experience supporting proposal development, including pricing and contract strategy Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred Preferred Qualifications Active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance preferred or ability to obtain Experience with Deltek or similar contract management systems Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and government contracting practices Experience supporting classified programs Inmarsat Government is an Equal Opportunity EmployerTracking.aspx?PMf4o3WJtjFRke0MUtL5Rgx
