    Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst Overview / Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to help drive data-driven decision-making by designing robust analytics solutions. You will be responsible for creating effective data models, building interactive dashboards, and using advanced tools for data analysis and visualization. This position requires collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver actionable insights and enhance business performance. Key Responsibilities: Build strong business partnerships by engaging with stakeholders to design intelligent data solutions. Design, implement, and maintain metrics, reports, and tools to guide key business decisions, leveraging advanced data visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Dash Enterprise. Conduct in-depth analysis of business problems and data challenges to generate recommendations for improvement. Optimize data analysis, interpretation, and visualization tools for better user experience and efficiency. Design new metrics and strategies to enhance business KPIs and promote end-user adoption. Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Management teams to enhance data completeness, usability, and performance. Lead the end-to-end development of reports and dashboards, ensuring they are accurate, performant, and meet business needs. Utilize SQL (preferably BigQuery), Python, or R for data analysis, cleaning, and optimization. Create visual models and flow diagrams to define and calculate business metrics. Manage GCP resources using Terraform and implement data transformation pipelines. Lead requirements-gathering sessions and propose data-driven improvements. Ensure high-quality insights and validate data integrity throughout processes. Review and provide feedback on analytical work to maintain consistent quality. Document analytical processes, data sources, and key business definitions for future reference. Design scalable solutions that can manage increasing data volumes effectively. Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL). Advanced experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Experience with data modeling and data warehousing. Proven ability to work with cloud platforms (preferably GCP). Solid understanding of data integrity, data analysis, and visualization principles. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GCP and BigQuery. Familiarity with business intelligence tools and AI systems. Knowledge of Terraform, DataForm, and Apache Airflow.
