    Job Description

    As a Security Officer Reception Desk in Danvers, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer in a healthcare location, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity from a stationary post, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care.     Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

    Job Schedule:

    What You'll Do:

    • Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and front desk support at a healthcare location.
    • Monitor lobby and reception areas, verify identification and credentials as required, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive observation and visitor processing.
    • Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
    • Maintain accurate front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and report unusual activity or security-related concerns according to site policies.
    • Answer phones, greet incoming guests, provide directions, and support a professional presence while following Allied Universal standards and client location expectations.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
    • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
    • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
    • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
    • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
    • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
    • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
