    What You'll Do
    • Maintain a strong, consistent, and professional security presence

    • Monitor for safety concerns, suspicious behavior, or security risks

    • Conduct foot or vehicle patrols as required by the site

    • Manage access control and visitor screening

    • Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents

    • Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and emergency responders

    • Complete detailed, accurate reports using mobile reporting tools

    • Follow all post orders and company procedures

    Who We're Looking For
    • Dependable, consistent, and responsible

    • Detail-oriented with strong situational awareness

    • Professional in appearance, communication, and conduct

    • Able to remain calm under pressure

    • Comfortable with mobile apps and reporting technology

    • Interested in long-term stability and internal career growth

    Experience in armed security, military, law enforcement, or related fields is helpful but not required.

    Minimum Requirements (All Required)
    • Must be 21 years of age or older

    • Must possess a valid CCS (Concealed Carry Permit)

    • Must pass a background check and drug screening

    • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

    • Must own a smartphone (for clocking in, reporting, and communication)

    • Must have reliable transportation to and from your assigned site

    • Must complete all required training modules within the first month

    • Strong organization, oral, and written communication skills

    • Ability to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
