Business Intelligence Analyst

The Business Intelligence Analyst will use strong analytics skills to transform data into actionable insights that drive decision-making for multiple company brands. This role will also identify data-driven opportunities, design and develop reports and data models while working in a collaborative team environment. Due to the nature of our industry, understanding economic changes and impacts will be crucial as well.

Your impact:

• Analyze and determine trends such as volume trends, market trends, geographical trends, etc. to share with key decision makers, summarizing into both ad-hoc reports and dashboards
• Have knowledge and understanding of our databases in order to query and summarize data for analyses
• Build and maintain tools to track KPIs and data trends to show impact to various stakeholders (brands, clients, Finance, executives) - and communicate actionable advice
• Optimize time management via SQL, Python, Tableau, etc. (create efficiencies and accuracies in scaling) related to analytics

About you:

• Education/Coursework in Data Analytics or related field
• 2+ years industry (or related) work experience
• Proficient Programming and software skills: SQL
• Experience with: Python, Tableau
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Expert in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in Salesforce (or related CRM)
• Effectively manage, prioritize, organize team projects/tasks and initiatives
• Team Player - embraces collaboration and contributes to the team's overall success
• Eagerness to independently solve problems and be a part of creating long term solutions
• Strong communication skills to work with cross functional teams and within various levels of management in the organization
• Expert data analytics skills and critical-thinking to analyze, summarize, communicate issues, and drive solutions for stakeholders
• Ability to maintain organization with large sets of data
• Extreme attention to detail
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
