What You'll Do
- Meet with pre-qualified clients via phone or Zoom
- Identify client needs and recommend coverage solutions
- Educate families on financial protection options
- Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects
- Work independently while collaborating with a high-energy remote team
Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based
- Uncapped Commissions (Top producers earn $100K+)
- Performance bonuses & incentives
- Paid directly by carriers

- U.S. Resident
- Coachable with strong work ethic

- Ability to obtain state insurance license (we help you through the process)
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
