    Business Intelligence Analyst II


    Providence Anesthesiology Associates is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst II to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Your expertise will help drive data-driven initiatives across the organization, enabling leadership to make informed choices and improve overall performance.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead cross-functional data initiatives to support strategic and operational decision-making
    • Analyze complex datasets using statistical methods to deliver actionable insights
    • Develop and maintain data models and dashboards
    • Partner with leadership to prioritize data needs and identify process improvement opportunities
    • Manage data intake, reporting requests, and end-to-end analytics delivery
    • Present insights clearly, train end users, and ensure HIPAA compliance

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics preferred
    • Minimum of five years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
    • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
    • Advanced skills in Excel, including Power Query and Power Pivot
    • Proven experience in developing dashboards and reports using Power BI
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
