Blumenthal Arts is looking for reliable and flexible part-time Security Associates to join our team. The Security Associate monitors the safety and security of guests, staff, performers, tenants, and facilities, supporting daily operations at both the Performing Arts Center and the Knight Theater. This role is responsible for enforcing safety policies, monitoring security systems and cameras, managing building access, and reporting incidents or suspicious activity to leadership while assisting with investigations as needed. The Security Associate also provides professional customer service, coordinates deliveries and access points, maintains detailed logs and reports, and stays informed on facility schedules, emergency procedures, and operational policies. This is a part-time position, averaging 15-20 hours per week, and candidates should ideally have general morning or general evening availability.
