    Sparks Group, partnered with a renowned forward-thinking government transportation contractor. We are seeking a Project Manager II with an active TS/SCI clearance to support post-award prototype projects in a fast-paced government environment. This role partners closely with Government stakeholders, technical teams, and subcontractors to drive successful project execution and mission outcomes.     Key Responsibilities

    • Manage post-award project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget requirements
    • Coordinate with Government AORs, technical teams, and performers to track progress and deliverables
    • Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates across all parties
    • Identify project risks/issues, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed
    • Monitor financial performance, maintain reporting accuracy, and contribute to process improvements

    Key Requirements

    • Active TS/SCI clearance (required)
    • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a government or defense environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or related field

    Preferred Qualifications

    • PMP, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification
    • Experience with Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreements
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies and lifecycle processes
