Job Summary Job Description: VENUES: The Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for managing and growing the digital presence of City of Orlando venues, including Kia Center and Camping World Stadium, along with live entertainment. This role combines creative content development with digital platform management, requiring a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. The Digital Content Coordinator serves as the primary voice of these venues across all social media channels and ensures related websites reflect accurate, timely and compelling event information. This role provides project and administrative support to the Marketing Division Manager and Assistant Marketing Division Manager including coordinating with internal teams, managing timelines and assisting with departmental initiatives as assigned. Work will be reviewed both during the process and on the results achieved.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising or Digital Media or related field plus one (1) year of professional experience in social media management and digital content creation or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Must have experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud, photo and video capture and editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
Preferences:
- Previous work experience in entertainment
- Familiarity with SEO, content optimization, Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Proficiency with major social media platforms and scheduling/analytics tools (ie: Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Experience with website CMS platforms (WordPress, OpenCities, etc.)

Produce high-quality digital content that will be posted across social media platforms and websites, to include graphics, short-form video and live event coverage.
Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with event announcements, promotions and organizational priorities.
Monitor all platforms daily, respond to comments and messages, actively engage with fans, followers and partners.
Collaborate with artists, promoters, sports teams and partners on co-branded social content and campaigns.
Capture photo and video content on-site during events as needed.
Ensure all content aligns with each venue’s brand identity, voice and visual standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to source assets and secure approvals in a timely manner.
Place targeted paid ad campaigns on appropriate social media platforms.
Track, analyze and report on social media performance metrics while using data to continuously refine content strategy.
Maintain and update KiaCenter.com and CampingWorldStadium.com with current event listings, ticketing links, venue information, relevant maps and promotional announcements.
Audit website content regularly to ensure accuracy, functionality and optimal user experience.
Resize approved tour advertising materials (admats) and templates for various digital platforms.
Knowledge, Skills, and abilities:
Knowledge of the latest marketing, social media and AI trends, capabilities and opportunities.
Knowledge and deep familiarity with social media platforms, CMS tools and analytics dashboards.
Knowledge of DSLR camera functions and settings including audio and video aspects.
Ability to produce compelling, on-brand content including graphics, photo, video and copy across multiple formats.
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage a content calendar simultaneously.
Ability to complete tasks and projects with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to be flexible, pivot quickly and create content in real time while staying on brand.
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
Ability to work in a loud environment.
This is a full-time CONTRACT position with the same benefits as Regular full-time. Most contracts are renewable for terms of one year.
