    Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney

    Location: Ogden, Utah 84405

Work Arrangement: In-Office preferred; Remote/Hybrid potential

    About the Role

We are seeking a driven Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Personal Injury team. This role is designed for an early-career attorney who is hungry to learn, motivated to excel, and eager to take ownership of their work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

You will work closely with experienced attorneys and case managers to manage personal injury matters from intake through resolution, while developing the judgment, efficiency, and client-advocacy skills required to succeed in personal injury law.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assist in managing personal injury cases from inception through pre-litigation resolution
    • Draft and review demands, correspondence, and settlement documents
    • Communicate with clients to provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve concerns
    • Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, investigators, and experts to move cases forward efficiently
    • Participate in case strategy discussions and settlement negotiations under supervision
    • Maintain accurate, timely case documentation in accordance with firm standards
    • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical obligations
    Qualifications
    • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
    • Licensed to practice law
    • 2-5 years of legal experience (personal injury experience a plus, not required)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
    Who Should Apply

This role is intended for candidates who:

    • Are highly motivated, disciplined, and hungry to excel, not simply seeking a first job out of law school
    • Take ownership of outcomes and hold themselves to a high standard of performance
    • Thrive in environments with clear expectations, accountability, and measurable results
    • Actively seek feedback and apply it quickly to improve their work
    • Are energized by responsibility, client interaction, and case ownership
    • Want to build a long-term career in personal injury law and grow with a firm

Note: This position is not a fit for candidates seeking minimal responsibility or a slow-paced environment.

    Work Location & Eligibility Requirements
    • Ogden, Utah or Remote/Hybrid
    • Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.
    Compensation & Benefits
    • Starting Range: $125,000 - $200,000 base salary, based on experience and demonstrated capability
    • Performance-based bonus eligibility tied to productivity, case progression, and results
    • Comprehensive benefits package, including:
      • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance
      • 401(k) with employer match
      • Paid time off
    • Ongoing mentorship, training, and opportunities for advancement within the firm
    Why Join Us

We are intentional about developing attorneys who want more than a job. This role offers meaningful responsibility, real case exposure, and a clear path for growth in a firm that values ownership, performance, and results.
