    Budget Analyst 1

    Old Harbor Solutions is looking for a Budget Analyst 1 to join our team to support our customer in Cincinnati, OH. Responsibilities include providing budget support to our federal client and mastery of principles, practices, and procedures related to all aspects of the Federal budget cycle, including providing guidance to program managers in the development of budget requests and related documentation, and exercising budget controls through review and tracking of the obligation and costing of funds.

    Requirements:

    • US Citizenship
    • Five (5) years directly performing duties as a Budget Technician or Budget Analyst
    • Experience in budgeting and finance systems comparable to the government
    • Federal Government experience, preferably with Department of Energy or Environmental Management
    • Microsoft Office (including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
    • Effective writing and communication skills to prepare reports and summaries.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
