The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies, methodologies, and applications. This role will involve providing expert guidance on AI initiatives, leading research efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as an authority on AI technologies, trends, and best practices within the organization.Develop and implement AI strategies aligned with business objectives.Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact on the company's products and services.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI development teams.Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to design and implement AI-driven solutions.Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI tools, frameworks, and platforms.Lead proof‑of‑concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility and value of AI applications.Develop and deliver training programs to enhance AI literacy across the organization.Represent the company at industry conferences and events as an AI thought leader.Stay current with the latest developments in AI and related fields such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.Develop research and development proposals on AI applications for the federal government.Education/ExperienceB.S. in Computer Science or related discipline3-5 years' experience with AI implementationsExperienced with Cloud and System EngineeringExperience in Technical Writing for Policy and Planning DocumentationExperience with project roadmaps and planning and tracking multiple, disparate teamsExperience authoring and presenting Executive Level documentation and briefsProfessional Skills:Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.Must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, matrixed team environment, with a client‑centric culture, and an environment of high performers.Must be able to multi‑task and shift priorities as needed.Must have a deep understanding of cloud migrations, software development lifecycle and cybersecurity requirements for the federal government.Must be able to work effectively with numerous stakeholder types and bring a group to consensus.RequirementSecret Security Clearance required.Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
