ReliaSource is an IT solutions company supporting a wide range of technology deployments across the United States. We are currently building a nationwide network of skilled Field Technicians to support upcoming and ongoing projects. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity designed to supplement your full-time work. Technicians are onboarded in advance and can accept project assignments based on their availability and interest, making it an ideal way to earn additional income on your own schedule. What You'll Do As a ReliaSource Field Technician, you will complete on-site service requests and installations for a variety of clients. Projects may include both government and commercial (non-government) work. Responsibilities may include:
Installation and setup of IT hardware (kiosks, workstations, phones, etc.)
Basic to intermediate networking tasks (cabling, device connectivity, troubleshooting)
Equipment upgrades, replacements, and maintenance
Following detailed scope of work and project guidelines
Communicating status updates and completion reports
