This role focuses on identifying emerging human signals across culture, media, and data — and translating them into clear, actionable insights that inform marketing and product strategy.You'll work with always‑on signals from social, search, media, podcasts, and app ecosystems to uncover where consumer sentiment is shifting, how competitors are reacting, and where strategic white space exists.What You'll DoMonitor always‑on consumer and cultural signals across social, search, media, podcasts, and app storesIdentify shifts in belief, trust, curiosity, and anxiety, particularly related to AI and emerging technologyTrack and analyze competitor behavior in response to evolving consumer sentimentMonthly “Hot Moves”: key human signals and competitor reactionsQuarterly deep dives on high‑resonance themes (e.g., AI trust, adoption, backlash)Translate complex data into clear, executive‑ready insights, including proof points, sentiment mapping, and authentic consumer voicePartner with strategy and marketing teams to inform thought leadership, messaging, and future direction5+ years of experience in consumer insights, market intelligence, cultural analysis, or strategy (agency, consulting, or in‑house)Strong ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear, actionable narrativesHands‑on experience analyzing multi‑channel signals, such as:Social platforms (e.g., Reddit, TikTok, YouTube)Search trends and intent dataNews, media, or long‑form audio (podcasts)App store or adoption dataProven skill in identifying patterns, signals, and emerging themes (not just reporting metrics)Strong written communication and storytelling skills for senior audiencesComfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with recurring deliverables#J-18808-Ljbffr
