TestRail Pipeline Engineer with Security Clearance

PRISM is seeking a DevOps Pipeline Engineer to implement, harden, and manage TestRail as a container image within our OCI mission-critical environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: You will design and implement integrations between Jira and GitLab. Build a GitLab deployment pipeline for routine patching, connect TestRail to a MySQL HeatWave database with DBA support Configure auditing and logging, establish TestRail best-practice configuration Provide post-release incident troubleshooting and operational support. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (SKILLS/EDUCATION) 8570-8140 Compliant IAT II (CompTIA Security +CE or similar) Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Kubernetes administration Strong GitLab CI/CD experience (pipelines, runners, artifacts, environment promotion, secrets management). Experience integrating test management tools (preferably TestRail) with Jira and Git-based workflows. Solid MySQL skills (connectivity, performance basics, reliability), ideally with MySQL HeatWave familiarity. Proven production support experience: monitoring, incident response, on-call, and operational documentation. REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCES: Active DoD Secret Clearance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Familiarity with federal security/compliance expectations (e.g., least privilege, audit logging, controlled change).
