    Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to partner with stakeholders, analyze business requirements, configure and optimize ServiceNow solutions, and deliver successful implementations across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. This opportunity is remote with required travel to the DC area. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an ACTIVE SECRET or TOP SECRET CLEARANCE. Responsibilities • Partner with clients and stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate requirements into effective ServiceNow-based solutions. • Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications, forms, workflows, and integrations while adhering to platform best practices and standards. • Serve as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow capabilities, providing recommendations on solution design, user experience, and platform optimization. • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, requirements-gathering meetings, and solution presentations with business and technical stakeholders. • Create and maintain user stories, functional requirements, process documentation, and test scenarios to support successful solution delivery. • Assist with application testing, implementation activities, production deployments, and post-deployment support to ensure smooth adoption and performance. • Work closely with solution architects, developers, business analysts, and project managers to drive successful project outcomes. • Monitor emerging ServiceNow features, releases, and enhancements, proactively identifying opportunities to improve business processes and platform functionality. • Ensure solutions comply with established governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) requirements, organizational policies, and security standards. • Develop end-user training materials, knowledge transfer documentation, and support resources to facilitate ongoing platform adoption and maintenance. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
    • Strong knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
    • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments Preferred Qualifications:
    • Understanding of ITIL framework and service management best practices
    • Experience in client-facing consulting roles or service delivery organizations Job Requirements * W2 Hourly rate starts at $70.
