The Role: BOAB Ventures is hiring three Engineers to develop and deploy technical solutions on Palantir's Foundry platform for government customers. You will integrate data, build transformations, and design applications that drive operational decision-making for some of the most consequential missions in the IC. You'll work directly with end users around the globe, leveraging core Palantir products, open-source technologies, and anything your team can build to solve hard problems in complex, dynamic environments. Every mission is different — different data, different users, different constraints — and you'll be expected to adapt and deliver in all of them. What You'll Do:
Stand up and manage data feed transfers from source systems into Foundry-accessible environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with delayed or missing data feeds. Write transformations and derive new datasets using Spark for distributed computation. Monitor build progress and debug build failures across the pipeline. Design and build applications using Foundry's application development framework to answer operational questions. Execute rapid development and iteration cycles alongside subject matter experts, including hands-on testing and troubleshooting. Respond to requests for information (RFIs) related to the platform's data footprint. Collaborate with Palantir product teams to debug and understand core platform code. What You Bring: Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph — required at time of submission, no exceptions
Strong engineering background — Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Python (PySpark, Pandas), SQL, R, or similar languages
Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures as applied to development and problem-solving
Ability to work effectively across teams of technical and non-technical personnel
Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with shifting objectives and continuous user iteration
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, work independently, and make decisions with minimal oversight
Strong customer-facing communication skills — gathering feedback, providing execution updates, and leading troubleshooting efforts Preferred: Prior military or Intelligence Community experience
Direct experience with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, or Apollo
Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks, data pipeline architecture, or ETL workflows
Experience working in SCIFs or compartmented environments
