Technicians will work with various types of imagery and sensor data, ensuring data quality and contributing to the extraction of valuable information.Responsibilities Plan, collect, and process remotely sensed geospatial data.Qualifications DOD SkillBridge Transitioning Service Members OnlyApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. We are unable to sponsor or take over the sponsorship of employment visas.Physical Demands The physical demands are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform this job's essential functions. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. Work is performed in a field setting. Hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate sensors, computers, keyboards, and mice. Use of a telephone headset will facilitate virtual communication via Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Employees are often required to sit for prolonged periods, handle objects or tools with their hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, speak, and hear. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, as well as the ability to adjust focus.WGI does not accept unsolicited resumes.
