    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
    • Active Top-Secret SCI Clearance • BA/BS with 4+ years; AA/AS with 8+ years; or HS/GED with 10+ years. • Proven ability to apply the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) at a senior level, including participation in planning conferences, COA development, and mission briefings. • Demonstrated experience instructing diverse audiences (junior through senior personnel) in a military training environment. • Excellent communication skills, with ability to brief and advise senior leaders during planning and execution. • Experience in pre-deployment training, FTX/LFX/VALEX events, and technical exchange exercises. • Domain specializations experience to include but are not limited to: Maritime operations (Navy Afloat and Army Watercraft), Fixed Site/Point and Base Defense operations (Air Force and Navy Ashore), and Ground operations (Dismounted and Mobile, Army and Marines). • Meet all program specific Aircrew Training Program (ATP) requirements. • Experience working in joint, interagency, and coalition environments. • Ability to complete CRC requirements and deploy greater than 60 days. • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.     IG is seeking a UxS/C-UxS Training Specialist to support JIATF401 with training and operational integration of UxS/C-UxS capabilities. This role requires not only technical expertise but also the ability to operate at the senior level within the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) to ensure that UxS considerations are fully integrated into planning and execution. The Training Specialist will assist with design, curriculum development, training, and operational guidance on UxS employment to enhance U.S. and coalition force readiness. Compensation: $47/hr to $49/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
