Remote (North America)Position OverviewWe are recruiting senior medical education experts to serve as Panel Review Subject Matter Experts for an AI-powered learning platform supporting medical students in pre-clinical training and board exam preparation. This advanced review role provides oversight and expertise for escalated content evaluations.Primary ResponsibilitiesConduct advanced review of escalated content flagged by Evaluator SMEsApply comprehensive medical knowledge across all basic science disciplines taught in medical schoolAssess content alignment with USMLE/COMLEX examination standards and requirementsProvide authoritative guidance on complex or disputed content evaluationsEnsure educational content maintains the highest standards of accuracy and pedagogical effectivenessComplete asynchronous reviews within specified deadlines (5 days to 2 weeks, depending on workload)Required QualificationsMD or DO degree from an accredited medical schoolMinimum 5 years of documented experience in medical education with current active engagement teaching or tutoring medical studentsComprehensive expertise across the full spectrum of topics covered in medical school curriculum and USMLE/COMLEX examinationsPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in medical education content review, curriculum development, or assessment designExperience with medical board examination preparation or question writingTime Commitment3-18 hours per week during active review periodsAvailability for quarterly review cycles with potential ad-hoc assessmentsDuration: November 2025 – December 2026 (with possibility of extension)Compensation: $125 USD per hourContract Structure: Employment through third-party contracting agencyAs set forth in Osmosis's Equal Employment Opportunity policy, we do not discriminate on the basis of any protected group status under any applicable law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
