Position Summary Provides on-site requirements analysis and subject matter expertise supporting CD&I/MCCDC Capabilities Integration Officers, with emphasis on USMC material requirements, POM/AAO analysis, capabilities/gaps/solutions, JCIDS documentation, and TFSMS support. Primary Responsibilities Document USMC material requirements and draft requirement-related products for Government review and approval. Conduct analysis to validate and adjust Approved Acquisition Objectives and support POM funding initiatives and budget exhibit reviews. Coordinate with operating forces to identify capability gaps, proposed solutions, risk areas, and warfighting capability impacts. Facilitate communication between MARCORSYSCOM program offices and CD&I Capabilities Integration Officers. Draft and support JCIDS documents, Concepts of Employment, Operational Mode Summaries/Mission Profiles, capability briefs, and information papers. Provide TFSMS support and maintain traceability between requirements, capabilities, force structure, and program documentation. Desired Skills / Experience USMC requirements development and JCIDS familiarity POM/AAO analysis, budget exhibit support, force structure analysis TFSMS experience strongly preferred Ability to work with CD&I/MCCDC stakeholders and operating force representatives Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in operations research, defense studies, business, engineering, logistics, or related field Prior USMC combat development, requirements, acquisition, or operating force experience preferred Ability to obtain/maintain CAC and required background investigation; Secret clearance may be required LTC Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
