    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Tier 3 Engineer to support critical enterprise and carrier-grade network infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with IP networking, MPLS technologies, Cisco routing/switching platforms, and advanced troubleshooting in high-availability environments. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting complex network solutions while collaborating with engineering and operations teams. Key Responsibilities:
    • Evaluate technologies and network designs to support critical infrastructure and customer requirements
    • Implement network solutions aligned with customer objectives and operational needs
    • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and technical discussions to resolve complex network challenges
    • Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and training materials for engineering and NOC teams
    • Ensure operational excellence and high availability of network systems and components
    • Define and implement best practices for network performance, optimization, and capacity management
    • Identify opportunities for automation and network optimization initiatives
    • Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs), service trials, and system integration testing
    • Support network planning and recommend upgrades based on network trends and operational analysis
    • Travel as required for customer meetings, integration planning, and deployment activities Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline
    • 6+ years of experience in network engineering with IP networks OR 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • Strong experience designing, implementing, testing, and supporting enterprise IP networks
    • Experience architecting LAN, WAN, and intranet solutions for large-scale distributed communications systems
    • Experience peering with Tier 1 ISPs and troubleshooting Internet routing issues using looking glass tools
    • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting IP network infrastructure Technical Skills:
    • Strong experience with MPLS, ISIS, QoS, BGP, VPLS, AS prepending, route policies, route leaking, local preference, and BGP community configurations using Cisco XR
    • Experience configuring and troubleshooting OSPF redistribution, route-maps, and cost optimization using Cisco XE
    • Hands-on experience with Cisco ASR903, ISR3, ASR99xx routers, and Cisco Nexus switches
    • Experience with Cisco GetVPN technologies
    • Experience with carrier-grade networking technologies including Carrier Ethernet, MPLS, and SDN
    • Strong troubleshooting experience with Layer 2, Multicast, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, EIGRP, HSRP, Ethernet, Optical, and TDM environments
    • Experience with leading network vendors including Cisco, Juniper, Arista, and F5 Additional Requirements:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience mentoring junior engineers and delivering technical presentations
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications:
    • CCNP or other advanced networking certifications preferred
    • Experience planning, implementing, verifying, and troubleshooting enterprise LAN/WAN environments
    • Strong understanding of enterprise network operations and infrastructure best practices
