    We are seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) to support advanced survivability and protection capabilities within a cutting-edge defense program. This role focuses on system modeling, integration, and analysis of defense countermeasure and fire control systems supporting ground vehicle protection. Must Have Skills & Experience · Active Secret (or higher) Security Clearance · 5+ years of experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) · Strong experience with Cameo Systems Modeler · Hands-on experience developing system models using SysML · Experience working in defense or aerospace environments · Experience supporting systems related to countermeasures, survivability, fire control, air defense, or similar capabilities · Proven ability to perform requirements decomposition and system architecture modeling Nice to Have Skills & Experience · Direct experience with fire control or survivability systems · Experience supporting ground combat or vehicle protection programs · Familiarity with integration of sensors, interceptors, and control systems Key Responsibilities · Develop and maintain SysML system models for defense countermeasure and protection systems · Define, trace, and decompose system requirements across survivability and fire control domains · Support integration of sensors, interceptors, and control logic within system architecture · Perform trade studies and functional analysis to evaluate system performance and effectiveness · Collaborate cross-functionally with systems, software, and hardware teams to align models with design and testing · Ensure MBSE artifacts accurately reflect system behavior, architecture, and requirements
