    Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Champion a culture of safety by ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all rides and attractions.
    • Serve as the department leader during assigned in-charge shifts, providing direction, support, and operational oversight.
    • Coordinate and oversee ride crew projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
    • Partner with the Rides Full-Time Supervisor to develop, implement, and manage departmental programs and initiatives.
    • Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service and ensure Guest First standards are consistently upheld.
    • Ensure all team members complete required training, certifications, and testing in accordance with company policies and operating procedures.
    • Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional, positive, and timely manner to enhance the overall guest experience.
    • Monitor compliance with safety regulations, operating procedures, and departmental standards.
    • Support the development and coaching of team members to drive performance and operational excellence.
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support park operations.

    Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole. While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the requirements of the job, management reserves the right to add or remove duties when circumstances (e.g., emergencies, changes in workload, rush jobs, or technological developments) dictate.

    Pay Rate: $17.50/hr.


    Qualifications:Skills and Qualifications
    • Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid Driver's License.
    • Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English, including reading, speaking, and comprehension.
    • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
    • Ability to adapt quickly and effectively manage emergency situations.
    • Previous rides operations experience required.
    • Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Rides Supervisor, including at least one (1) year as a Senior Supervisor.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

    Physical Requirements

    • Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
    • Ability to stand or walk for up to four (4) hours at a time and up to fourteen (14) hours per day.
    • Ability to walk more than three (3) miles per day over various surfaces.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds over distances of at least 25 feet.
    • Ability to lift and lower objects weighing up to 5 pounds above shoulder level.
    • Ability to climb a stepladder up to 6 feet in height.
    • Ability to climb a 40-foot tower and walk a 200-foot lift hill.
    • Requires eye/hand coordination, manual dexterity, hearing, speech, near vision, and color recognition.
