    The TADSS Operator 1 will provide support to the U.S. Army's Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE). The United States Army Fires Center of Excellence (USAFCoE) at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, mission to provide the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) with long-range training strategies, concepts, doctrine, training development, instruction and products and support products for current and future forces. FCoE's function is to serve as the user representative in the development of training methodologies and products, concepts, doctrine, organizational and materiel requirements for each functional area. The FCoE accomplishes this mission through the full spectrum of training services; exploitation of existing and emerging technologies and requirements (example: incorporating training for Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system and the forthcoming, Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System (IBCS)); models and simulations; studies and analyses; experiments; exercises; training and doctrine development; and supplemental/supporting tasks. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to: Responsible for operating simulators, task trainers, virtual trainers, along with maintenance and operation, and associated supplies and equipment to meet training needs.
    Set up, operate, task trainers, computerized simulators and virtual reality procedural trainers, audio-video recording system and simulation supplies to meet training objectives.
    Conduct a scenario pre-brief and assist the instructor with after action report (debrief) if needed.
    Assist in the coordination and delivery of simulation expertise and support to standardized courses which lend themselves to simulation.
    Support simulation needs of other formalized training programs as appropriate.
    Assess the suitability of simulation scenarios already developed and make recommendations in order to adopt or adapt them as appropriate.
    Work with the Modeling & Simulation (M&S) equipment custodian to develop a current inventory for all M&S equipment and supplies at their site.
    Develop troubleshooting checklists, simulator procedures, and lesson plans for M&S equipment.
    Recommend way to integrate simulation into organizational training initiatives to help ensure staff has the skills needed to meet day-to-day operational requirements.
    Coordinate and provide student logistics, and administration support needs.
    Facilitate simulation training and provide feedback to the Course Director.
    Provide oversight of all simulation encounters to include after action reports (AAR) of simulation training. Required Qualifications: Minimum of four (4) years' experience in an ADA MOS or a minimum of two (two) years of ADA TADSS experience
    CRAM experience is desired Clearance: SECRET security clearance at time of hiring Location: FT Sill, OK / TDY to various CONUS and OCONUS locations may be possible Travel: Travel may be required
