Summary
Trace Systems is seeking a Satcom Training and Documentation Lead (Technical Writer) who will own all training delivery and technical documentation for a deployable tactical communications program. This role develops and delivers hands-on training to military operators and Government personnel on SATCOM terminals, tactical radios, baseband networking equipment, encryption systems, and deployable communications suites including Emergency Response Terminals (ER - Ts), Mobile Command Posts (MCPs), and Emergency Response Vehicles (ER - Vs). The Training and Documentation Lead will author and maintain Trace Systems ISO compliance documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training materials for the full system inventory, ensure documentation stays current through system modifications and tech refresh, and provide on-site training support during field exercises, annual maintenance visits, and emergency deployments.
