Field Dispatcher
Bejac Corporation, one of the largest specialty equipment dealers in the Western United States, is hiring.
Our Reno, NV location is currently seeking a Field Dispatcher who will dispatch the appropriate technicians for the job.
This is a full-time position; Monday -- Friday, 8 AM -- 5 PM. Bejac offers an excellent benefits package! Must be located in or around Reno.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls related to service billing questions, disputes and/or explanations
- Follow-up on quotes and pending repairs
- Monitor mechanic time on work orders
- Control labor hours
- Prepare technician evaluations
- Discuss technician deficiencies
- Answer calls for service, recording the necessary information to either work through the situation or to dispatch the appropriate technician

Qualifications:
- Previous supervisor experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills -Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
