Position: Dispatch Coordinator
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 4 p.m.-1 a.m. and Saturday 8 p.m.-5 a.m.
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Salinas, CA
Hourly Wage: $23.00 - $25.00 Depending on experience
We are seeking an evening/overnight dispatch coordinator to join our client's team-oriented environment of food professionals in Salinas, CA. This individual's primary responsibility will be to provide exemplary customer service. They will assist the laboratory with administrative duties such as customer service, dispatching service providers, data entry, sample scheduling/receiving, fielding phone calls at the lab, and conducting facility sampling and routinely picking up product samples (clean DMV report required). General Responsibilities:
Receive Dispatch Calls
Customer Service
Schedule/Coordinate & Dispatch service providers
Receive, process and review samples
Data Entry
Sampling (Facility Sampling)
Retrieve samples from various locations
Assist other departments as needed
Fulfill duties assigned by management
Qualifications:
Professional customer service
Data entry accuracy and multitasking
Excellent telephone & communication skills
Proficient with computers & Microsoft Office
Time management skills
Self-motivated
Quick learner
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Clean DMV report
Able to learn and follow SOP's and Work Instructions
