Summary
Oversee armed and unarmed security services across one or more cleared data center locations, ensuring consistent service delivery, staffing coverage, and operational readiness. Lead the recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, development, scheduling, and retention of cleared security personnel supporting the program. Develop and maintain performance indicators, reporting tools, scorecards, and operational metrics to improve team effectiveness, accountability, and service quality. Prepare for and support internal, customer, and third-party audits, including announced and unannounced inspections, while demonstrating adherence to approved controls, procedures, and post orders. Partner regularly with on-site customer representatives and internal leadership to review site performance, address operational concerns, and drive continuous improvement across supported locations.
