Role Overview
This is a post-go-live remediation and optimization engagement, focused on stabilizing and enhancing the Workday Learning module. Unlike a greenfield implementation or standard training assignment, this role requires a seasoned Workday Learning expert to address unfinished configuration, finalize business process decisions, and drive system optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Complete and refine Workday Learning configuration.
- Advise on and finalize business process design decisions.
- Stabilize and optimize the Workday Learning module for long-term success.
- Provide technical remediation and advisory support (beyond training delivery).
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure end-to-end system alignment and impact awareness.
- Lead migration efforts from legacy LMS platforms into Workday.
- 8+ years of deep Workday Learning expertise.
- Strong background in post-go-live remediation and optimization.
- Proven experience migrating organizations from legacy LMS to Workday.
- Solid understanding of Workday HCM integrations.
- Ability to assess and advise on end-to-end system impacts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder advisory skills.
