Scheduling Requirements: Every other weekend, can't commit to block scheduling, scheduling must meet the needs of the dept.
Floating Policy: No floating outside of the ED but must be open to floating to all sections in the ED.
Patient Experience Requirements: AIDET, Respectful behavior, Pt Experience to each patient, Boards updated with info and pt updated throughout visit

Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, ENPC within 90 days of hire
Hiring Profile:
Requested Skill Set: 2 years experience in Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, high volume 100,000 visit ED. Previous HCA experience preferred.
Must Have: 2 years experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting, teamwork mentality, ability to coach and give feedback in real time. Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED.
Advanced Skills Needed: Must be able to read telemetry monitors and pass the tele exam.
