    Engineering - Configuration Analyst (Data Manager) - Orlando, FL About the Role
    Join a high-impact team as a Configuration Analyst, serving as the Data Manager responsible for managing and coordinating contract data requirements in a secure, fast-paced environment. This is a critical, urgent role supporting major defense programs. You will play a key part in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency within contract documentation and program metrics. This opportunity offers exposure to advanced Product Data Management tools, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the potential for career progression in a dynamic engineering organization. Responsibilities - Analyze and resolve conflicts in Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Subcontractor Data Requirements List (SDRL)
    - Maintain and revise Program Directives to ensure compliance with evolving data requirements
    - Load and update tracking tools and program websites with CDRL/SDRL status
    - Coordinate with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and data owners to ensure timely submissions
    - Review, verify, and release controlled documents in the Product Lifecycle Management repository
    - Prepare and organize project documentation, including engineering drawings, production specifications, and contracts
    - Monitor documentation schedules to guarantee all deliverables meet contract deadlines and standards Required Skills and Experience - Minimum 3 years hands-on experience processing CDRLs/SDRLs per contract SOW, 1423s, DD250s, and industry standards
    - In-depth experience with document markings, formatting, and handling
    - Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and documentation
    - Strong background in ensuring compliance with configuration management policies
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access)
    - Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
    - Active Secret Clearance with investigation or continuous evaluation within the last 5 years Preferred Skills - Demonstrated self-starter with robust organizational and reporting abilities
    - Experience utilizing Product Data Management tools
    - Advanced written and verbal communication proficiency
    - Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of innovation
