    About the Role

    Mark VII is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Customer Service Specialist to manage service calls and coordinate our field technicians. In this dynamic role, you will be the key point of contact for our car wash customers, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of service disruptions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians, providing support on product and service issues.
    • Effectively route technicians to service calls and manage their schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.
    • Routinely monitor the dispatch board and open ticket reports to address pending and ready-to-dispatch service calls.
    • Proactively follow up on service calls and warranty work to ensure customer problems are fully resolved.
    • Generate repair quotes for customers and ensure all necessary actions are taken to resolve concerns.
    • Work a rotating weekend schedule to provide continuous customer support

    Qualifications

    • High School Graduate
    • Customer Service experience
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) is a must
    • Ability to read and comprehend documents and simple instructions
    • Must be able to actively listen and comprehend verbal conversations for extended periods of time
    • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
    • SAP preferred but not required
    • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instruction and take appropriate measures to problem solve
