    Join our Team in Little Canada, MN as a DISPATCHER!

    Job Overview:

    The Traffic Control Dispatcher is our first line of contact with our customers. They gather all the important information needed for the drivers in the field.

    Primary Responsibilities include:

    • Processes daily emails and phone calls
    • Schedule and dispatch crews to job sites
    • Processes requests for jobs at odd hours
    • Other duties and projects assigned

    Standard Shift hours: 7am-4:30pm

    Required Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Three years' clerical/administrative experience
    • Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities to be effective and efficient
    • Ability to multitask
    • Possess basic computer skills including email
    • Must be comfortable and effective working in an environment with changing demands, delays and responding to unexpected situations
    • Ability to maintain and protect confidential information
    • Proficient user of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with all customers (internal/external)
