    Description
    Objective
    This position is responsible for monitoring the Marination operation; to ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process, insuring proper raw materials are being used on the line, and remain in spec while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to MF Policy.
    Primary Job Duties
    Employee is responsible for maintaining the Marination process flow which include but not limited to the following:

    • Must be able to understand all parts of the production schedule and WIP Reports
    • Ensuring all products are produced unless instructed otherwise by direct supervision.
    • Completing all necessary log forms which include but are not limited to: Downtime Log, Pallet Jack Inspection, Cardboard Sheet, Marination Formula Sheets with Lots
    • Ensuring products are properly weighed and labeled
    • Must be able to understand material specs and ensure products coming of the line are in proper spec.
    • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
    • Maintain pathways clear of obstructions to and from cooler or other areas surrounding the Marination area
    • Responsible for preparing ingredients that are to be added to the tumblers to recipe specifications. Follow recipes as specified by MF Specs.
    • Other duties as assigned
    Requirements Position Pre-Requisites
    • Basic Math Skills
    • Basic Computer Skills
    • Must possess a certain amount of natural dexterity with hands
    • Must be able to read ingredient Labels
    • Must be able to follow directions
    • Required to be certified to operate heavy equipment (Walking Jack)
    Skill Requirements Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling and reaching are required. May require occasional assisted lifting of up to 70 lbs. and push or pull up to 1000 lbs using a pallet jack. These positions work in a cold, damp to hot and humid environment with slippery surfaces. Physical Requirements Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling and reaching are required. May require occasional assisted lifting of up to 70 lbs. and push or pull up to 1000 lbs using a pallet jack. These positions work in a cold, damp to hot and humid environment with slippery surfaces. Working Conditions Monday through Friday from 6:30am until 6:00pm. (Start time and finish time may change based on production schedules and needs) Saturdays will be based on production needs. Temperatures in the mid 30-degree F. to mid-40-degree F. range. Damp wet floors and air flow from refrigeration units. Noise level is high. Salary Description $14.00
