    Cleared American Guard (CAG) Lead

    Location: Virginia Beach, VA

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Some Saturdays may be required)

    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Job Summary: We are seeking qualified Cleared American Guard (CAG) Lead to support a secure federal construction project in Virginia Beach, VA. The CAG Lead will supervise guard operations, oversee access control activities, and ensure security procedures are consistently enforced throughout the construction site. Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required.

    Main Duties:

    • Lead and supervise Cleared American Guards.
    • Manage daily guard schedules and assignments.
    • Control site access and credential verification.
    • Inspect vehicles, deliveries, and personnel entering the site.
    • Respond to security incidents and alarms.
    • Maintain access logs and inspection records.
    • Report security concerns to the Site Security Manager.
    • Ensure compliance with site security procedures.

    Requirements:

    • Active Secret Clearance.
    • 3 years of security, military, law enforcement, or related experience.
    • 1 year of supervisory experience.
    • Current CAG Certification.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills.
    • Experience with access control and security screening.
