Job Title: Armed Officer
Location: Houston, TX (North Houston area)
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-time, 5:15 PM - 9:15 PM, 7 days per week (28 hours per week)
Job Description
We are seeking a professional and dependable Armed Officer to provide security services at a client location in the North Houston, TX area. The ideal candidate will have a strong security background, excellent situational awareness, and the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment. Candidates with experience working in a retail setting are strongly preferred.
Requirements- Active and valid Texas Level 3 Guard Card
- Minimum 2 years of armed security experience
- Retail security experience preferred
- Must own and maintain a firearm and required duty gear
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft, vandalism, and other criminal activity
- Conduct patrols and monitor assigned areas
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and customer concerns in a professional manner
- Complete accurate reports and documentation as required
- Enforce site policies and procedures
- Work closely with management and local law enforcement when necessary
- $18.00 per hour
- Part-time position
- 28 hours per week
- Shift: 5:15 PM - 9:15 PM, 7 days per week
Qualified candidates should submit a resume detailing their armed security experience and provide proof of an active Texas Level 3 Guard Card. Candidates with retail security experience are encouraged to apply.
