Indotronix is seeking an :Systems Engineer 4, Colorado Springs, CO Shift:First Start Time:8:00 AM End Time:4:30 PM Requested Security Clearance: Active Bachelor Must Job Description The Systems Engineer will support the development and execution of assessment programs for the C2BMC Element of the Ballistic Missile Defense System. This role involves evaluating system performance under various operational scenarios, supporting system integration and testing activities, and performing analysis to optimize missile defense architectures and mission effectiveness. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining modeling, simulation, and analytical tools; supporting requirements management and architecture development; executing integration and test activities; conducting trade studies and system performance analysis; and collaborating with subject matter experts across engineering, integration, and test domains. The role also supports Agile development activities and continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and metrics. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry * Minimum 1+ years of systems engineering experience in systems design, integration, architecture, requirements, or testing * Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills * Experience supporting system analysis, integration, or test activities Preferred Qualifications * 3+ years of related experience * Ability to obtain or maintain a Top Secret Clearance * Knowledge of DoD missile defense systems, architectures, and command and control concepts * Experience with Agile development methodologies * Experience with MBSE tools such as CAMEO, DOORS, or System Architect * Experience with MATLAB, Python, Java, or similar analytical tools * Experience performing trade studies, modeling, simulation, or operational analysis * Experience with requirements verification and automated test development Education / Experience Bachelor or Master of Science degree from an accredited course of study in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
