    Located in our beautiful Nashville, TN facility, the main duties will consist of handling invoicing and dispatching technicians to service appointments. The Dispatcher must be able to have a high level of attention to detail with a proven record of making sound decisions. He or she must also follow company training to ensure prompt and accurate customer service as well as excellent employee relations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Dispatch HVAC/R technicians to service appointments.
    • Engage technicians to ensure performance is optimized.
    • Lead and motivate the technicians to achieve goals.
    • Schedule customer appointments and ensure arrival within scheduled windows.
    • Create and forecast a schedule to ensure we meet all customer needs.
    • Daily Invoicing and cross-train job duties with fellow employees.
    • Work accounts receivable to help obtaining payments.
    • Procurement assistance with service related jobs.
    • Performs general administrative and clerical functions such as copying, printing, scanning, filing, and faxing.
    Qualifications:
        • High School diploma or GED.
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
        • Exceptional organization and leadership skills.
        • Experience in data entry (3-5 years).
        • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
        • Exceptional people and diplomacy skills necessary to successfully resolve all customer concerns, internal challenges.
        • Ability to work under pressure and in a high paced work environment.
    Compensation:
      • $41,000 - $49,000 annually
