Surveillance Agent
Monitor electronic surveillance equipment to observe gaming and non-gaming activities, ensuring strict compliance with applicable laws, procedures, regulations, and company policies while protecting company assets from illegal or questionable activities.
Essential job functions/duties:
- Monitor, document, and report any variances to company internal controls, money handling procedures, and state gaming regulations
- Conduct daily audits of departmental activity and duty logs; provide support to departments during investigations and compliance reviews
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all table games, gaming functions, and operational procedures
- Identify and respond immediately to unusual or suspicious activities with appropriate escalation protocols
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support operational excellence and regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age. Minimum of 6 months casino surveillance experience preferred. Knowledge of CCTV system, all casino games, working knowledge of Microsoft office programs such as excel and Word. Must be able to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
