Job OverviewCloudFit Software is seeking Cloud Command and Control Engineers to join our growing Command and Control Center team in beautiful Downtown, Lynchburg, VA.CloudFit Command and Control Engineers (CCEs) protect our customers' interests 24x7x365 as they backstop our CloudFit Software Automation. CCEs engage with customers in critical situations, work closely with our executives in a fast paced environment, and interface with customer business, development, and operations via phone, tickets, and email.“As a C4 engineer, our primary job is incident management and alerting.
