Help
- Resolve rejects and discrepancies associated with an account to accurately compute pay.
- Resolve complex cases involving pay and allowances, bonuses, special pays and the computation of taxes withheld in prior years.
- Compute the amounts of Montgomery G.I. Bill and veteran's Education Assistance Program reimbursements due to a member and prepares the necessary vouchers for payments.
- Assist in audits involving the DJMS.
- Assist with on-the-job training for junior technicians.
